I didn't come to wellness through trends or social media. I came to it through a wake-up call.
When I was in high school, I developed bleeding gums. A visit to the dentist revealed something I didn't expect. I was deficient in vitamin C.
That moment sparked a deep curiosity in me. I began asking questions, paying attention to nutrients, and realizing how profoundly the body responds to what it's given, or what it's missing.
In my early twenties, I discovered a nutrition-focused company whose values immediately resonated with me.
They weren't just committed to high-quality supplements; they were also stewards of the environment which was another passion of mine. It felt aligned, intentional, and grounded in something bigger than profit.
I started using their products and soon found many health benefits from them. My energy increased, my hair, skin, and nails were healthier looking. I often get complements on them.
From that point on, whenever health challenges showed up in my life, I turned to nutrition first. I was someone who used to get sick a lot, relying on supplements simply to stay well.
